NLIS is accredited by WASC, the Western Association of Schools and Colleges, in all grades 1 through 12. New Life International School is the only school in Yamanashi with a WASC accreditation.

Fall Activities

October 21-22 - standardized testing for all grades.
On October 30-31, high school students in grades 9-12 will take a two-day field trip to Yokohama.
October 31, Friday, is National Dress Day! All students will celebrate the culmination of our school-wide studies of different countries by wearing the national dress of the country and presenting what they learned at 9:05 in the auditorium. Parents are welcome.
We will also have class parties on Friday, October 31, to celebrate the fall season.
Saturday, November 1, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., NLIS will host an Open Campus! Join us for a tour, a bilingual PowerPoint presentation about the school, and a question-and-answer session. Reservations are not necessary, but to assure parking, please call 055-287-9577. Children are welcome.
